The Worship Pastor/Director will provide spiritual, strategic, and creative leadership for the worship ministry while helping cultivate a culture that inspires people to connect with God and engage in the mission of the church.

POSITION OVERVIEW


The Worship Pastor/Director will lead and oversee all aspects of the worship ministry, providing leadership for worship services, volunteer development, ministry planning, and team culture. This person will work closely with senior leadership to create meaningful worship experiences that align with the vision and mission of the church.

This is more than a worship leading role. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing people, building healthy teams, and creating an environment where volunteers are equipped, valued, and inspired to grow in their faith and leadership.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Lead and oversee all worship ministry environments and weekend worship experiences.
  • Recruit, develop, and shepherd worship and production volunteers.
  • Plan and execute worship services in collaboration with church leadership.
  • Build and maintain healthy ministry systems, communication, and team structure.
  • Develop future worship leaders, musicians, and ministry volunteers.
  • Help foster a culture of spiritual growth, excellence, and teamwork throughout the ministry.
